Our ultimate achievement was being awarded “Dealer of the World 2004” which was presented for professionalism of the highest degree and excellence in the Kia Dealer Proficiency assessment.

These awards were based essentially on evaluations done to establish customer satisfaction before and after purchasing vehicles and required utmost effort from the team at Sandton. This is truly something to be proud of.

The success of Kia Motors Sandton can be attributed to the fact that our absolute priority is in “Customer Care,” first and foremost. We also have succeeded in maintaining an excellent staff retention which enables us to build on a solid data base. This ensures a high percentage of referral and repeat customers.

I believe our success in the motor industry in South Africa is hugely a result of the fantastic vehicles which Kia Motors are producing.
